The MURPH Short Bar 35 lb competition bar is a compact version of our high-performance Olympic bar. Thanks to its reduced length and shorter end caps, it's ideal for gyms with limited space, studio workouts, or for athletes who want a versatile, precise, and durable bar – without compromising on lifting feel.

Featuring a premium Black Zinc coating, precise Volcano 1.2 knurling and 220,000 PSI steel construction, this bar offers an optimal blend of stiffness, smooth rotation and long-term durability.
