If you do weightlifting or CrossFit, chances are you drop the barbell quite often. Murph blocks are designed to absorb shock and significantly reduce noise during your workout.

Also, the different heights allow weightlifting movements to be worked on in a broken-down way, which is very beneficial for progression. 

Ideal for practicing the jerk silently when used on box jumps.
