MURPH Fitness is a Quebec-based company founded in 2018 with a simple idea: to offer high-quality, durable, and well-designed fitness equipment at a fair price.
From the very beginning, our vision wasn't just to sell equipment. We wanted to build a brand rooted in the training community, capable of understanding the true needs of athletes, gym owners, and anyone looking to create a training space tailored to their vision.
And for us, the best way to understand those needs has always been to be out there on the ground ourselves.
FROM A FEW PRODUCTS TO A FULL LINEUP
MURPH started modestly, with a much more limited selection than we have today. Over the years, the company has grown, our team has expanded, and most importantly, our product line has evolved based on our customers' feedback and needs.
Racks, bars, weights, strength equipment, cardio, flooring, turf, accessories, and layout solutions: today, we are equipped to outfit everything from a home gym to a fully-equipped commercial training facility.
Every new product follows the same rule: would we be proud to use it ourselves?
Because before we are equipment vendors, we are fitness enthusiasts.
WE DON'T JUST EQUIP GYMS. WE OPERATE ONE.
An essential part of our story is also anchored in the Centre MURPH Fitness in Alma.
Having our own training facility allows us to test our equipment in real-world conditions, day after day. Dozens of people use our products, move them, load them, and put them to the test.
This hands-on experience gives us a very concrete understanding of what a gym owner looks for: reliable equipment, efficient layouts, great service, and products capable of withstanding heavy-duty use.
It is this field experience that we bring to every project we undertake.

What started in Quebec now extends far beyond our local region.
Over the years, MURPH Fitness has had the privilege of supporting individuals, athletes, businesses, public services, and training facilities across Quebec and throughout Canada.
Some clients come to us for a single barbell. Others trust us with the complete build-out of their training facility.
Regardless of the project's scale, our approach remains the same: understand the need, propose the right solutions, and be present from the start all the way through delivery.

We continue to develop new products, improve existing ones, and work directly with our manufacturing partners to offer equipment that truly meets the demands of the Canadian market.
