MURPH Bumper Discs® 45 lb are designed to withstand the most demanding workouts while ensuring consistent performance, controlled rebound and outstanding durability. Made from 100% virgin rubber, they offer uniform density, better shock absorption and longer life than recycled rubber discs.
Conforming to the IWF standard of 450 mm diameter, they fit all Olympic bars perfectly, thanks to an inverted steel ring designed for precise fit and bar protection. Their 90 Shore A hardnessmeans they retain their shape, even after thousands of repeated falls.

How do I return my order?
Any unworn, unused, unwashed or defective merchandise can be returned by transport to our warehouse in Alma, Quebec, Canada. Return requests can be initiated directly from your online account. You can also contact our team by email, Messenger or phone to coordinate the return.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
