The "box jump" plyometric box offers height options of 20", 24" and 30". All wooden panels are CNC machined for a secure and precise fit, and each box includes an internal X-brace to ensure maximum strength.

The edges were designed to prevent wood splinters during movements such as (step down, box jump, etc.)

This is a jump box designed for safe and effective plyometric training at all skill levels. Add one to a garage gym or order in bulk to serve multiple athletes in a larger facility.
