Our MURPH Farmers Walk Handles allow you to effectively work your glutes, quadriceps, calves, back, shoulders, core, and forearms simultaneously! Compact and easy to use, these handles are equipped with 8-inch sleeves for easily carrying medium weights.

The MURPH Farmer Walk handles support up to 440 lbs of weight: small but sturdy! Ideal for athletes looking for high-performance equipment without cluttering their gym.

Made from steel with a black powder coating for increased durability and improved grip, these compact handles have a 2" sleeve diameter compatible with standard plates and collars – no special collar required!
