The Worm made its CrossFit Regional debut in 2018 as a team. This new compact MURPH model for 3 athletes is 7.5' long; it's the CrossFitter's beast.
Many hours are dedicated to the precision construction of each hand-stitched Worm. All components are manufactured at the MURPH Fitness facility using high-quality 1050D Cordura. The key to the design—and its challenge as a multi-athlete training tool—is the uneven weight distribution. The Worm features a 12" (30.5 cm) diameter cylinder with an outer shell and internal filling materials of varying sizes. The kit comes with three 70lb or 100lb filling bags and two additional 6lb divider bags. Insert the 7lb weight from the shell, three more filling bags of your choice, and the 3-person Worm can reach 235lbs to 305lbs.
All fill bags feature a secure double-locking system, combining a zipper and a hook-and-loop flap to prevent spills while your team is on the go. Murph Worm bags are shipped empty to save on shipping costs but can be easily refilled. We will contact you to provide instructions and materials to achieve the required weight.

Fantastic! A very high-quality wallball. The coating is solid and non-slip. The interior is evenly filled, so the grip and weight distribution are perfect!
Really comfortable and sturdy! I use it for farmer's holds and it works great; the handles stay stable and don't touch my legs during the exercise. The construction seems solid and all the welds are present (unlike the Amazon models).
