The Glute Ham Developer 2.0 MURPH (GHD) is the ultimate tool for accessory movements. Due to the increasingly sedentary lifestyle, it's not surprising that there's a tendency towards underdeveloped glutes and hamstrings. This is because the hips and knees remain in a flexed position for extended periods, causing the glutes to remain in a lengthened state and the hamstrings in a tight, flexed position. The glutes often become difficult to pull or voluntarily engage, while the hamstrings become so tight that they are unable to fully lengthen and achieve a complete contraction.
This is where the GHD comes in. Thanks to its adjustable design, which allows the linear-rolling footrest to move horizontally in 13 positions, the unit can accommodate all shapes and sizes. Constructed from a durable steel frame with a powder-coated finish and featuring pre-molded EVA foam padding covered in vinyl, the design is built for optimal functionality.

Really comfortable and sturdy! I use it for farmer's holds and it works great; the handles stay stable and don't touch my legs during the exercise. The construction seems solid and all the welds are present (unlike the Amazon models).
