Can I return my order?

Any unworn, unused, unwashed or defective merchandise can be returned by mail to our warehouse in Alma, Quebec, Canada. Please contact our team by email, messenger or by phone to coordinate the return.

30 days, return at customer's expense.

What payment methods are accepted?

Murph Fitness accepts the following payment methods: Amex, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Do you have a storefront?

No, our warehouse is only a collection point. We only sell online.

How do I make an exchange?

Exchanges are not offered.

Returned products can only be refunded. If you wish to exchange a product, please place a new order online. Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and the order cannot be cancelled once it is in production.

Please include the original order form and place it in the sealed shipping box. Be sure to remove or make illegible any old shipping labels on the package and affix the postage paid shipping label to the package. Simply drop your package in a mailbox or at a Canada Post branch. No stamps required.

A 2-3 week delay is required for credit. An administration fee of 10$ is retained if items weigh less than 15kg and 25$ for all items that weigh more than 15kg.

It is the customer's responsibility to return the items in proper and secure packaging (use the same box or bag used for the original shipment). Do not affix the return label directly to the merchandise). Non-compliance may result in additional charges.
