The Worm made its CrossFit Regional debut in 2018 as a team. This compact new model from MURPH for 2 athletes measures 5'long, it's the beast of CrossFitters.

Many hours go into the precision construction of each hand-sewn Worm. All are made at the MURPH Fitness manufacturing site, with 1050D Cordura quality. The key to the design - and its challenge as a multi-athlete training tool - is the uneven weight distribution. The Worm features a 12"(30.5 cm) diameter cylinder with an outer shell and internal fillers of various sizes. The kit comes with (2) 70lbs or 100lbs filler bags, an additional 6LB separator bag. Insert the 7LB shell weight, (2) filler bags of your choice and the 2-person WORM can reach from 155lbs up to 215lbs.

All fill bags include a secure double-locking system, combining a zipper and hook-and-loop flap to prevent spillage when your team is on the move. Worm Murphs are empty to save on shipping costs, but can be easily refilled. We will contact you to provide the method and materials to achieve the required weight.
