Recommendations:

• 1/4"(6mm) is mainly suitable for residential installations (training room, workshop, basement flooring, etc.).
  
  
• 5/16"(8mm) mainly suitable for residential and commercial installations with low to medium foot traffic (residential & commercial gyms, showrooms, ski centers, commercial anti-fatigue mats, etc.).
  
  
• 3/8"(9mm) is mainly suitable for high-volume commercial installations (commercial gyms (including weight-lifting areas), arenas & sports centers, ski centers, commercial anti-fatigue mats, etc.).
