Padded shoulder pads reduce chafing, adjustable tension bands improve stability, and innovative airflow channels and mesh ensure sustained comfort.

The jacket weighs 3.5lbs, so you will need two 8.25lb patches to make it 20lbs or two 5.25lb patches to make it 14lbs . We have done the math for you.

It was designed to withstand a lot of abuse and is designed to stay put, even when you are doing movements such as running or any other movement that you can add weight variables to but can't really do it with dumbbells, kettlebells or other types of weights.
