Introducing Murph's new multifunctional foam blocks. Very light, easy to handle and very stable. The interior is made of EPE foam with a non-slip PVC cover. These blocks can be used for box jumps ( 6'' or 12'' ), or as a safety cushion to grip the pull-up bar. The two cushions can be interconnected for 12'' or more.
