The 4-person version of the Worm made its CrossFit Regional team debut in 2018. This new compact model of MURPH is 11' long and is the beast of CrossFitters.

Many hours are dedicated to the precision construction of each hand-stitched Worm. All these parts are manufactured at the MURPH Fitness manufacturing facility, with 1050D Cordura quality. The key to the design - and its challenge as a multi-athlete training tool - is the uneven weight distribution. The Worm features a 12" (30.5 cm) diameter cylinder with an outer shell and internal fillers of various sizes. The kit comes with (4) 70lbs or 100lbs fill bags, three additional 6LB separator bags. Insert the 7LB shell weight, (4) filler bags of your choice and the 4-person WORM will reach from 305lbs to 425lbs.

All filler bags include a secure double locking system, combining a zipper with a hook and loop flap to prevent spillage when your crew is on the move. Worm are empty to save on shipping costs, but can be easily refilled. We will contact you to provide you with the method and materials to be used to achieve the required weight.
