Made from 100% virgin rubber, these plates offer superior durability, controlled rebound and precision loading - ideal for Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit or functional strength training.

This complete kit covers all major loads, from 10 to 45 lb, with the added bonus of a set of micro-plates (2.5 lb - 5 lb)for finer progressions and more precise performance monitoring.
