Our heavy-duty wallballs have been manufactured to be both durable and flexible, while maintaining the perfect diameter for biomechanically correct throws. So push, jump, throw, squat, lift or shoulder the Wall Balls and really get your heart rate up. Not suitable for slamming exercises.
