Train with a wall ball when you mount the MURPH Wall Ball Target on your structure, racks or wall. You can set this target to the standard height for a wall ball target: 10' for men and 9' for women. The target features a laser-cut MURPH logo and is finished with a black metallic powder coating.

The Wall Ball Target is compatible with structures and racks with 5/8" holes. It comes with all the hardware needed to mount it on your structure. On a rig, the target centers are at the standard height, rather than at the top of the targets (as on a rack).
